Processing & Dispatch

Every Magic Bath Tea® product is handcrafted in England with care, using botanical ingredients sourced from trusted suppliers in Brazil, Portugal and the United Kingdom.
We prepare each order individually to ensure freshness, purity and energetic balance.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from our studio in England.

  • International Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide, ensuring that Magic Bath Tea® rituals can be experienced wherever you are.

  • Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is handcrafted and made-to-order, returns are accepted under specific conditions.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Due to the personal and ritual nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

  • To request a return, please contact our customer care team at info@magicbathtea.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to ensure that no banking delays or logistical issues occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Each Magic Bath Tea® ritual is made by hand, and slight variations in colour, texture or scent are a natural part of the artisanal process.
